Certificate types currently offered by the barangay. Requests are processed through the barangay office.
Barangay Business Clearance / Permit
The primary document required before you can secure a municipal or city Mayor's Business Permit. It verifies your business location and ensures you follow local ordinances.
Hawker's / Vendor's Permit
Required if you are a street vendor or hawker operating within specific authorized zones in the barangay.
Barangay Clearance (Personal)
Often required when applying for government IDs (NBI, Passport, Police Clearance), securing loans, or for employment.
Certificate of Residency
Proof that you officially live at a specified address within the barangay.
Certificate of Indigency
Certifies that you are financially underprivileged, often used to qualify for social services, PhilHealth, or 4Ps assistance.
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Attests to your good standing in the community, commonly requested by schools or employers.
Certificate of No Derogatory Record
States that you have no pending complaints, cases, or police records in the barangay.
Building/Renovation Clearance
Issued as part of the initial requirements if you plan to build or renovate a structure in the barangay.
Fencing Permit
Required before erecting a fence.
Excavation Permit
Required before doing any ground digging.
Certificate of Occupancy Clearance
Given prior to the actual City/Municipal occupancy permit to ensure local rules were followed during construction.
Assembly / Event Permit
Required if you plan to hold a block party, sports event, or large gathering on public streets or basketball courts within the barangay.
Noise / Zoning Exemption Permit
Allows you to play amplified music or hold an event past regular curfew hours.
